Inventory results are compared with position competencies and used effectively during the election phase. Apart from this, a placement test is conducted for positions that require English information. Canditates who successfully passes through all these stages, are brought into our team.

We keep the resumes of candidates who can not be assessed in the position needed as a result of the interviews in our database for 6 months to be evaluated in the appropriate positions that may occur in the future. Education 
 
New members participating in Tekirdağ's family are introduced in the framework of corporate culture, quality policies, organizational structure, BRC, HACCP / ISO Standards orientation training. Our aim is to adapt the new staff to work and to provide Tekirdağ's integration to the family in the most effective way. It is to provide the training of the staff in accordance with the technical content and personal development of the staffs. Our aim is to improve our employees through training and short-term rotations; career development.


Fee and Benefits 

The gross wage is paid on a monthly basis. Our employees are paid 12 salaries a year. Legal and social rights of our employees are provided completely. Our company has 14 business days for 1-5 years (including 5 years), 20 working days for employees 6-15 years (including 15 years), 26 days for employees who work for more than 15 years; marriage, death, birth and milk leave as well as the right to leave.

Performance Evaluation System

The Performance Appraisal System (PDS) is implemented for 1 year periods. The PDS, where competencies and goals are assessed, helps the organization of senior relationships and the staff to mirror themselves.

PDS results; in determining the direction of employees' development needs, in the creation of training plans and in promotional decisions.

The most important elements of PDS are; speeding up the process of reaching success by strengthening communication between managers and employees and ensuring that targeted customer focused and innovative service is realized by employees.


Health care 
 
We also have contracted doctors in private hospitals who provide inspections and emergency intervention services.  
 
 
Working hours 
 
The office staff is on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00. The personnel working in Tekirdağ's production plant are in the shift system; morning, evening and night shifts. 6 days in shift work and 1 day leave is used. At the beginning and end of each shift, Tekirdağ has free staff services on various routes. Under Labor Law No. 4857


Social responsibility 
 
For Tekirdağ staff, various social opportunities are offered not only at the workplace but also outside the workplace. Various social nights, trips, visits, cultural and artistic activities are organized by our company, which are organized for specific staff and families. As an institution, an employment policy in accordance with the Labor Law No. 4857 is applied.
